Withdrawing from the purchase

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you received the order, without giving a reason. Just email mail@finisterra.store with the order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use this wording: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for order no. ____, received on ____. Name: ____. Address: ____. Date: ____."

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the products to Ignitionfactor Unipessoal Lda, Rua dos Gatos 10, 3000-200 Coimbra, Portugal. Tins must be unopened and in the condition in which they were delivered. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer.

Opened tins

Because they are sealed foodstuffs, an opened tin cannot be returned for hygiene and health-protection reasons, unless the product is defective.

Refund

We refund the amount paid, including the standard shipping cost of the original order, within 14 days of receiving the products or proof that you have sent them. The refund is made by the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or defective products

If the order arrives damaged, or a product is defective or past its expiry date, write to us as soon as possible with the order number and photographs of the product and the packaging. We will replace the product or refund it, at your choice, and return costs are on us.
