Destinations and costs

We ship to Portugal, including the Azores and Madeira, and to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

• Portugal: €4.99 per order; free from €60.
• Europe: €9.99 per order; free from €60.

The cost is shown at checkout before payment. There are no customs duties within the European Union.

Times

Orders are dispatched from Coimbra on the business day after payment is confirmed. The delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout. When the carrier provides a tracking number, we send it to you by email.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated time, write to mail@finisterra.store with the order number and, in the case of damage, photographs of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as described in the refund policy.
